The core business of ASROTEX Group is manufacturing and exporting Knit Garments (T-shirt). ASROTEX Group commenced business in 1997 with the flagship unit, ASROTEX.

The group headquarter is in Dhaka city and currently operates three manufacturing facilities: Asrotex and Fariha Knit Tex Limited in Narayanganj, and Asrotex Limited in Maona, Gazipur 60 km from Dhaka. This last facility, commissioned in February 2006. And now we are on going to expand FARIHA Knit Tex Limited which will be recognized as a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit of T-shirt.

Gross sales of the Group were US$ 12.05 million in 2004-2005. This is expected to reach US$ 14.45 million in 2006-2007 because of the commission of ASROTEX Limited, and US$ 30 million in 2006-2007 with the implementation of FARIHA expansion project.
